Pouch Packaging Production Process : Forming & Sealing
After the lamination stage, the laminated film rolls enter the Forming & Sealing phase. In this process, the packaging film is shaped into different pouch formats and sealed to ensure product safety and shelf-life performance.
Advanced Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) machines or dedicated pouch-making systems are used to convert multi-layer films into durable pouches. These technologies offer precise forming, dimensional accuracy, and optimized sealing strength for high-speed packaging operations.

Sealing Technologies

At the end of this process, the pouch is fully shaped and partially sealed—ready for the next production step, Product Filling—where product dosing accuracy depends on its flowability, particle size, and viscosity.
